Area Law Enforcement Agencies Request Help Solving Two Cases

The York County Sherriff’s Office is investigating damage done to farm machinery during the overnight hours of May 9 to May 10. The machinery was left overnight one half mile south of County Roads 4 and K, rural McCool Junction. Significant damage occurred to the involved machinery.

The York Police Department is investigating a residential burglary occurring during the overnight hours of May 10 to 11. Numerous electronics, clothing, housewares and other personal items were taken from the residence in the 100 block of N. Grant Ave. Anyone with information on these crimes, or other crimes occurring in York or York County is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 402-362-2999, the York Police Department 402-363-2640 or the York County Sheriff’s Office 402-362-4927.. Callers may be eligible for a cash reward and all callers are guaranteed anonymity.
