The Nebraska Attorney General’s Office confirms an arrest has been made in a Culbertson homicide that occurred a little more than a year ago. The body of 49-year-old Todd E. Miller was found in his home.

A Hitchcock County arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for 42-year-old Darin Mason on charges of First Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.  Mason was taken into custody on Wednesday and booked into the Cass County Jail.

Details on the nature of the case have been sealed, but open court records indicate Miller was killed on August 16, 2017 during a robbery attempt and that Mason had purchased items to be used in the crime.
