(Audio) Wisner-Pilger Teen Raising Funds For Serenity Garden In Pilger

Grace Steinmeyer,  a 16-year-old junior at Wisner Pilger is going for her Girl Scout Gold Award.

Her project is to create a serenity garden for Pilger.

Steinmeyer is holding a fund-raiser Saturday,  November 25th at the St Johns Lutheran Church in Pilger from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

She envisions plants, benches, a rock garden and a pathway with an arch – a place where people can relax and be together.

Items to be sold at the fund-raiser include baked goods, crafts, Christmas decorations and more.  They were donated by people in the community.
