West Point Shopko To Close In May

The Shopko in West Point has been added to the list of the company’s store closings. The retail chain announced yesterday it’s closing 12 more Nebraska stores after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in January.

 

 

 

Other closings are in Norfolk, Gordon, Albion, Beatrice, Auburn, Ainsworth, Ogallala, Superior, Alliance, Gothenburg and Falls City.

 

 

 

Eleven Nebraska locations were already on the chopping block. West Point’s Shopko is slated for shutdown on May 5th.
