Kearney, Neb. — Work is scheduled to begin Monday on Interstate 80 in south-central Nebraska.
The Nebraska Transportation Department says work will be done on a 7-mile stretch between Kearney and Minden.
It will include removing and patching pavement and sealing joints.
Work will begin in the eastbound lanes.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane, with a width restriction and reduced speed. The project is expected to be finished by fall.
