(AUDIO) Arlington sweeps GACC Volleyball Triangular

West Point-Arlington swept the GACC Triangular Thursday night, beating both GACC and Oakland-Craig 2-0.

In the GACC/Arlington match, the Eagles won set one 25-20, and set two 25-16.

Jordyn Werth finished with a team-high 7 kills for Arlington while Riley Throener had 11 to lead the Bluejays.

In the Oakland-Craig/Arlington match, the Eagles took the first set 25-14, and the second set 25-11.

Werth, Lauren Clapper, Grace Volk, Shelby Kaup, and Maggie Everhart notched 3 kills apiece for Arlington.

GACC and Oakland-Craig met in the last match of the night, and the Bluejays won 2-0.

GACC earned a 25-16 set one win, and grabbed set two 25-11.

Throener paced the Bluejays with 8 kills.

The Knights (1-10) take part in the Scribner-Snyder Invite on Saturday while the Eagles (5-6) host the Arlington Invite on Saturday. GACC (5-7) is off until Tuesday night when they take on Wahoo Neumann on the road.
