Nebraska Department of Transportation Director Kyle Schneweis reports 375 miles of state highways are still closed due to flooding.  More than 2,000 miles of state highways were under water at one time.

Schneweis says state 16 bridges are in  need  of repair – 13 will have to be replaced.  He says a big win came Tuesday night when Highway 275 was opened between Wisner and Beemer.
