At 949 AM CDT local law enforcement reported that a levee along the Platte River has breached on the northwest side of Fremont, and to clarify, the immediate threat of flash flooding is confined west of Fremont proper. The affected areas will be between County Roads 17 and 20 and from county road T south towards the Platte River. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Move to higher ground now!
