YORK- Dusty Morehead, 31, of Utica has been sentenced to 30-40 years in prison in a case dealing with sexual assault of a child. Morehead has been convicted with of first-degree sexual assault of a child, a Class 2 felony, as part of a plea agreement. Initially, Morehead was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement by the use of an electronic communication device. The case involved the sexual abuse of a 14-year-old in York County.
