MCCOOL JUNCTION- Local first responders were dispatched at approximately 3:00 P.M. to the scene of a serious accident near McCool Junction at the intersection of Road 3 and Highway 81. It appeared a pickup and a semi hauling grain had collided on the highway. The semi hauling grain had overturned and spilled grain onto the road. The names nor the conditions of those involved have not been released.
The Nebraska State Patrol, York Count Sheriffs Department, York Fire and Rescue, and McCool Junction Fire and Rescue responded to the scene.
