The wildfire started by lightning this past weekend east of the Pathfinder Reservoir had grown to 10,255 acres as of Wednesday morning.
According to Pedro Mountain Fire Information officials, 289 firefighters, including four hotshot crews, a Type 2 initial attack crews and 33 engines are on the fire lines battling the blaze.
Seven aircraft, five water tenders and one dozer are also on hand, with containment remaining at 10 percent.
Authorities say four residences have been impacted, with losses ranging from outbuildings to permanent or seasonal homes. Evacuations are in place for Pedro Mountain Estates, Pedro Mountain Ranch Road and Cardwell Ranch.
Access to the Pathfinder Reservoir is still open through southern routes to areas south of Leo/Sage Creek, however, Kortes Road is closed from Fremont Canyon to Leo/Sage Creek.
