YORK-  On January 29th, 2020 at 1:22 P.M., the York Police Department responded to a report that a male who was in custody assaulted a transportation driver and then stole the vehicle. The incident occurred at a business in York at the 3400 block of South Lincoln Avenue, near Interstate 80. The vehicle was contracted to transport two detained juvenile males, one 16 and the other 17 to Kearney, Nebraska.
