Northeast students to present poetry readings in early October

Northeast students to present poetry readings in early October

NORFOLK, NE – Northeast Community College Creating Poetry students will give a reading of their work written during the fall semester on Wednesday, October 9, in the Northeast Library/Resource Center.

The public is invited to the free student reading at 7 p.m. Each student will read selections written this semester for approximately five-to-ten minutes.

Students scheduled to read include Barbara Centeno, Madison; Diamante Jones, Norfolk; Summer Larsen, West Point; Jorge Lopez, Wayne; Edgar Olivan, Clearwater; and Emma Weaver, Lakewood, CO.
