YORK- Approval from the York City Council has been given to go forward with the company Trane on a pair of large projects to repair and restore the city auditorium and the community center.  All of the council members voted in favor to move forward on the project with Trane. Originally the possible cost for the two projects was going to be $6.2 million, but now the cost is down to $5 million.  Mayor Barry Redfern said that the work could be done as early as December.
