...WINTER STORM WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Nebraska and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
