York Man Pleads Not Guilty To Possession Of Meth and Conspiracy

YORK- Travis Ziegler, 37 years old of York, has pleaded not guilty to four felony charges relating to him being in possession of a large amount of methamphetamine. Ziegler was arraigned on August 16th in York County district court and his pleas were entered as not guilty for these counts:

– Possession of methamphetamine 28-139 grams which is a Class 1C Felony
– Conspiracy to commit a Class 1C Felony
– Possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 Felony
-No drug tax stamp, a Class 4 Felony

The first two charges carry sentences that could be 5-50 years if convicted, the other two carry sentences of two years in prison if convicted.
