Scottsbluff edges Gering to win Alliance Invite

It’s been a back and forth affair all season long and on Monday it was Scottsbluff getting the best of Gering on the links as the Lady Bearcats were able to take home the top spot at the Alliance Invite.

It was a daily-double in fact as Emily Krzyzanowksi was able to grab the individual top spot for the Bearcats with a four shot win, posting a round of 71.

In the team standings Scottsbluff shot a combined 327 while second place Gering shot 339.

The top five was all Scottsbluff and Gering. Halle Shaddick and Anna Kelley for the Bearcats finished third and fourth and you had Ali Boswell of the Bulldogs in fifth place.

Sidney, Ogallala, and Mitchell were separated by just six shots for third, fourth, and fifth in the team standings.
