OSCEOLA- SOS hosted BDS on Saturday evening for a juniors and seniors doubleheader and it was the Rebels sweeping BDS as they took the juniors game 12-7 and the seniors matchup 9-1. In the juniors game, Konner Batenhorst was fantastic on the mound recording five strikeouts in three innings pitched. In the seniors game, Grady Belt led SOS with three RBIs and Max Hoatson had an RBI and pitched 2 1/3 innings to help the Rebels to victory.
BDS juniors are now 3-6 and the seniors are 4-6. They will play Tuesday versus Fairfield, and you can hear those games on Max Country with the juniors at 5:30 PM and the seniors at 8:00 PM. For SOS, their juniors are now 9-1 and their seniors are 8-2-1 and they are in action today (Sunday) versus Beatrice with the juniors at 1:00 PM and the seniors at 3:30 PM.
