Tekamah’s Greta Lindberg Named NJCAA Softball Player of the Week for NECC

Former Tekamah-Herman standout and current Northeast CC pitcher Greta Lindberg was named the NJCAA Division II Softball Player of the Week last week. In games against North Platte Community College and McCook Community College on Feb. 17-18, Lindberg was honored for her performance at the plate, where she reached safely on 9 of 15 appearances, while racking up 11 RBIs, to go along with two home runs and a .600 batting average.
