YORK- For just the second time this season York was at home and they had the opportunity to take down the #1 team in Class B the Hastings Tigers. The Dukes though, fell to Hastings 38-20. The major difference in the game was a pair of pick-6s from Hastings that allowed them to catapult their lead to 31-7 and never look back.
York was fantastic on the ground game as unofficially they rushed for 242 yards. Wyatt Collingham had 103 yards and a pair of scores. For the Hastings Tigers, Jarrett Synek unofficially had 160 yards passing and three scores.
York is now 2-4 and will go to Northwest next week. Hastings is now 6-0 and will host Aurora next week.
